Sample project
A residential tower you can walk through
We built this sample to show what an interactive sales app can do, and how we work. It isn't a client project. Everything on this page is captured from the Unreal Engine scene.

Sample project film, 1 min 9 s, no sound. On-screen captions name each part.
What's in the film
- The tower and its amenities from the air ("A real-time residential showcase")
- The roof garden
- Unit search: a unit is picked on the tower and its floor plan opens ("Search units and open floor plans")
- Walking through the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom ("Walk through every room")
- The living room and the kitchen and dining room switch style sets ("Switch interior styles instantly")
- The tower from the street as day turns to night ("Any time of day, live")
- End card: "Interactive real-time walkthrough. Built in Unreal Engine 5."

01 · Overview
Start from the whole project
The overview opens on a sales-style menu: Home, Photos, Unit Search, Floor Plan, Unit Tour, Amenities and Surroundings. Buyers search the units on the tower, pick one, read its details and open the floor plan.

02 · Walk mode
Walk every room, at eye height
In walk mode buyers move freely through the apartment. A small dock switches between walking and editing, day and night, music and the main menu.
Sample projectWalking slowly through the living room: the white sofa, wooden armchairs and the TV wall.

Things that work, on every floor
All 222 interactions were checked floor by floor in a QA pass.
03 · Configurator
Switch the finishes while standing in the room
Edit mode knows which room you're in. A rail on the right and a tray at the bottom swap whole style sets or single materials, with an animated transition. Three rooms in the sample have two sets each.

| Room | Set 1 | Set 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen | Classic white | Dark walnut |
| Living room | Soft neutral | Warm jewel |
| Dining room | Steel & white | Marble & ivory |
These clips trigger the real style switch in the scene. The edit-mode rail and tray that buyers use aren't visible in this recording.
04 · Day to night
Any hour, from the same scene
Time of day is live. As night falls, 89 street lights switch on, the city windows light up, the lights inside the apartments come up and the sky fills with stars.

05 · Amenities
Amenities, each with its own view
We modelled every amenity from scratch in Blender: a doubles tennis court, a lap pool on a timber deck, a kids' play area, parking with EV charging, a glass gym pavilion and a roof garden with string lights. In the app, each has a camera view and an info panel.

06 · Neighbourhood
The streets around it
The tower sits in a small city block with streets, road markings and street lights that switch on at dusk. The Surroundings menu points out what's nearby: a soccer park, places to eat and two schools.

How it was built, and credits
Built in Unreal Engine 5, starting from Epic Games' ArchVizExplorer template [user to confirm the exact template name]. The template provides the original menu framework. The scene, the interaction system, the configurator, the lighting work, the amenities and the furniture rework are our own.
The amenities and the custom furniture (an armchair, a cloth-simulated throw and a lathe-modelled vase) were modelled in Blender.
Every still and clip on this site is captured from the scene. The clips have no sound.
