1. Who we are

Archora Studio is [LEGAL NAME / proprietor name, and business form], based at [POSTAL ADDRESS], India. For anything about your data, email hello@archorastudio.com.

2. What this notice covers

This website, enquiries you send us, emails between us, demo bookings, and business emails or LinkedIn messages we send to people at companies we think may need our work.

3. What we collect

  • When you send an enquiry: your name, work email, company, and anything else you choose to add (role, website, project details, a link to drawings). We also record which page the form was on and, if the link you followed had one, a reference tag.
  • When you book a demo: the details you enter on our booking page, which is run by [BOOKING PROVIDER].
  • When you email us: your email address and what you write.
  • When you visit the site: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
  • If we contacted you first: your name, role, company and business email address, taken from public business sources such as your company website or LinkedIn, plus a note of where we found it and why we thought our work was relevant to your company.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and do the work you ask for.
  • To send a small number of relevant business emails to people at companies that may need our work, with a way to opt out in every message.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages people read.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on steps you ask us to take before a contract, and on our legitimate interest in replying to you and in relevant business-to-business contact. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process the data you give us for the purpose you gave it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We don't sell your data and don't use advertising trackers.
