Lighting rebuilt for speed

About
Archora Studio makes interactive, real-time walkthroughs for property developers, architects and interior designers. It's run by Dhruv, an Unreal Engine developer based in India.
Dhruv is a game developer. His work is building 3D worlds that people move through, and Archora Studio applies that to buildings that aren't built yet.
He builds each project himself: the scene in Unreal Engine 5, the Blueprint systems behind the menus, the configurator and the interactions, and the 3D assets in Blender. When you have a question, you ask the person doing the work.
He's based in India and works with clients in India and abroad, remotely.
Arch, plus aurora: the first light of the day. Archora is about showing a building in every light, from sunrise to night, before it exists.
Behind the sample

The lighting was reworked for frame-rate gains of about 1.6× to 2.6× in the sample, measured on our own workstation. [user to confirm the wording]

Doors, curtains, the lift, lamps, taps and stove burners, tested floor by floor.

Tennis court, lap pool, play area, parking with EV charging, gym pavilion, roof garden and soccer park, built in Blender.

An ergonomic armchair, a cloth-simulated throw and a lathe-modelled vase.

Procedural facades, marked roads and 89 street lights that switch on at dusk.
No account managers in between. Your questions go straight to the person building the scene.
Rooms, style sets, interactions and deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts.
Archora is a new studio. We show a sample project instead of client logos, and we'll say so if a project isn't a good fit.
Based in India (IST, UTC+5:30). We find call times that suit your working day.
